National Conference for Applied Sciences and Engineering

The conference is seeking submissions related to the following conference topics (but are not limited to):

NCASE-24 Conference Awards is presented to the authors to have written the best paper or poster appearing in the conference proceedings. The awards are announced and bestowed during the conference closing session.

Potential participants are invited to submit abstracts for posters and oral presentations on the following  conference topics (but are not limited to):

All submissions will be peer-reviewed by a scientific committee of NCASE’24. Besides the scientific excellence one criteria for acceptance will be the innovativeness of the contribution.

Authors will receive notification status via email by 15 July 2024. If accepted, authors will be invited to give a talk or make a poster presentation at the conference. Authors of accepted abstracts will be invited to submit short papers (4-6 pages).

To proceed with your submission, please adhere to the following guidelines:

1. Paper Preparation:
   – Prepare a short communication paper (4-6 pages) using the IEEE Conference Proceedings template adopted by NCASE’24.
   – Download the appropriate template:

2. Language and Standards:
   – Ensure your paper is well-written in English.
   – Adhere to academic and ethical standards.
   – All submitted short communication papers must be original work that has not been previously published elsewhere
3. Submission Process:
   – Submit your paper to the coordinator of the topic indicated on the acceptance notification.
   – Copy ncase@ensta.edu.dz in your submission email.
   – Deadline: September 13, 2024
4. File Formats:
   – For LaTeX users: Submit a ZIP file containing the LaTeX source and the PDF file.
   – For Word users: Submit both DOC and PDF files.
5. File Naming:
   – Use the reference « ARTxxx » for your files, where « xxx » is from your abstract reference « ABSxxx ».
   – You can contact the topic coordinator if you haven’t received a reference.
6. Important Notes:
   – All submissions will undergo peer review by the NCASE’24 Scientific Committee.
   – Key criteria for acceptance include scientific excellence and innovativeness.
   – Plagiarism checks will be conducted.
   – The Scientific Committee reserves the right to reject submissions that do not respect academic integrity.
   – Upon acceptance by the scientific committee, authors will receive an acceptance letter for their paper

The NCASE’24 Conference will be held on November 17-18, 2024. Due to the change in conference dates, all participants are welcome to update their mode of participation (Personal Talk, Online Talk or Personal Poster) if needed. All participants must update their information through topic-specific Google forms (see below) by November 07, 2024.

5. Certificate of PhD scholarship/enrollment for the academic year 2023/2024 or 2024/2025 (required for PhD students only)
