The National Conference on Mechanical and Production Engineering (NCMPE) is a biannual scientific event, which is organized under the auspices of researchers and actors from the socio-economic world specializing in mechanics and production. This event is a meeting point for researchers with common interests in mechanical and production engineering from different angles aiming to offer a friendly and privileged work space for meeting, discussion, and exchange of experiences and results. Contributions will cover research at different scales, including model development and validation, advanced experimental research, computational techniques and methods for innovative materials mechanics, etc…
The first edition of the conference (NCMPE24) will be held at the National Higher School of Advanced Technologies (ENSTA), Algiers from May 29 to 30, 2024.
The NCMPE24 conference invites researchers to present their original work describing research results, theoretical, practical and/or industrial solutions (prototype, mechanical engineering, biomechanics, energy, production, applied mathematics, robotics, etc.). The conference will include plenaries, oral presentations and posters.
In addition, the second edition of the Doctoral Mechanics Days organized by the GMP department (JDM24) will be organized on the sidelines of the conference (NCMPE’24). This edition will allow the meeting and scientific exchange between GMP doctoral students and former graduates currently enrolled in doctorates in various national and international university establishments. Through these days, doctoral students will have the opportunity to present their research work, discuss their ideas and develop their ability to exploit the knowledge acquired through contact with specialists.
All accepted papers will be published on the conference website. Also, the best articles will be published in a special issue of the “International Journal of Mechanical Sciences and Advanced Materials”.
